Great product, GREAT customer service!

I ordered this Stratocaster pickguard and back plate earlier this year. When it disappeared enroute (coincidentally when the stuck ship temporarily closed the Suez Canal) I contacted Kelly at IKN. Kelly was very helpful, and assured me that they would ship another immediately. I received that not too long after. I am very happy with both my purchase and the excellent customer service by IKN. Should I need anything they have available in the future, I will not hesitate to order from them again.
