Refund policy

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied you may return them for a refund to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms:
1. Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
2. You must contact us before returning items.
3. We will then provide you with the return address. Usually It needs to be returned to China.
4. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
5. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
6. Your order number must be written on the outside of the return packaging.
7. Returns that do not clearly display an order number on the outside of the packaging will be refused.
8. You cannot return custom made items.
9. You must return your item via a tracked service and please tell us the tracking number.
10. We will refund to you after we received the return package.

The step to process a return or refund:
1. Please Email contact us with your return request, please provide your order number, where you buy from, when you buy, the reason of your return, also attached a photo to us.

Refunds:

• Same procedure as Return request.
• We do not refund original shipping charges, return shipping charges or Customs Taxes, VAT or Duties.
• Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment.
