About Shipping:

Usually, Most orders are shipped from China. It will take 3-39 days according to different logistics methods.(DHL:3-7 days, ePacket or China Post:7-39 days).

Free shipping orders are shipped by ePacket/China Post by default.


We also have stock in the USA, UK, France and Germany, and we will check local stock and ship from there as a priority. If not, we will ship from China by default.

Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied you may return them for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
General Terms: Returnable within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us before returning items. We will then provide you with the return address. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Your order number must be written on the outside of the return packaging. Returns that do not clearly display an order number on the outside of the packaging will be refused.
You cannot return custom made items.
You must return your item via a tracked service.

Refunds:
We do not refund original shipping charges, return shipping charges or Customs Taxes, VAT or Duties.

Nice picks but very expensive.

I bought a guitar pedal a few years back and one of these picks was included in the package. I recently purchased 20 of these picks - .71 thick, on-line. The picks have a nice shape -they are somewhat longer than most similarly shaped picks, like a Fender tortoise, but the pick material isn't "grabby" like Fender picks. The IKN picks sound nice - not scratchy and no percussiveness. The feel on the string is also really nice - just the right amount of resistance for lead picking and fast strumming and they last a long time. The only problem is that they are grossly expensive - I spent over $20.00 Can. for 20 picks. Picks shouldn't cost more than maybe $0.25 - $0.45 each, but these totalled over $1.00 each with shipping included (shipping was cheap). I'm OK spending $5.00 for 10 picks - that's what they sell for in a retail store, but a buck a pick is too much - lower your price IKN and I'll buy these regularly - I use about 200 picks a year.
