At IKN Music, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Please contact us before returning any items. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  2. Returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items must be in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and with all original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

  3. For returns due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location. Some items may need to be returned to China. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

  5. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and providing us with the tracking number.

  6. Please include your order number inside the return package or clearly identify your order when contacting us.

  7. Custom-made or personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless required by applicable law.

  8. Returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be handled separately, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. How to Request a Return

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
