Usually, Most orders are shipped from China. It will take 3-39 days according to different logistics methods.(DHL:3-7 days, ePacket or China Post:7-39 days).

Free shipping orders are shipped by ePacket/China Post by default.


We also have stock in the USA, UK, France and Germany, and we will check local stock and ship from there as a priority. If not, we will ship from China by default.

Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied you may return them for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
General Terms: Returnable within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us before returning items. We will then provide you with the return address. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Your order number must be written on the outside of the return packaging. Returns that do not clearly display an order number on the outside of the packaging will be refused.

Dead pickups OR horrible quality control on wire color assignments

Going to the IKN website, the wiring diagrams in no way match what I received. After trying both old color assignments and new color assignments, these pickups still are dead with no resistance readings on either the neck or bridge.

I supposedly have the "new" design, so it may be that the new manufacturer is bad at QC. Still, a respectable company would have a wire color assignment and stick with it. This tells me that they're not the designers and at the mercy of someone who treats the product as a commodity as opposed to a reflection of their skills, design and reflective of their character. This is SAD.

I am waiting for IKN to respond before returning the items. This is why I buy using sellers with free return shipping.

My experience at two music equipment manufacturers in Southern California, a guitar restoration charity and doing pickup work for others as an independent shop, I test prior to install, but I will only connect leads as identified by the manufacturer. If the bare wire is the hot line, for example, I wouldn't use the pickup anyway, so I stick to the manufacturer specifications or reject it.

Just received these. 23 days from order to delivery in US. I have not installed them yet so can't comment as to sound but from visual inspection I can tell this is a quality made product. All specs listed in description match my measurements. Have confidence that you are getting what is claimed.
