Usually, Most orders are shipped from China. It will take 3-39 days according to different logistics methods.(DHL:3-7 days, ePacket or China Post:7-39 days).

Free shipping orders are shipped by ePacket/China Post by default.


We also have stock in the USA, UK, France and Germany, and we will check local stock and ship from there as a priority. If not, we will ship from China by default.

Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied you may return them for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
General Terms: Returnable within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us before returning items. We will then provide you with the return address. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Your order number must be written on the outside of the return packaging. Returns that do not clearly display an order number on the outside of the packaging will be refused.
You cannot return custom made items.
You must return your item via a tracked service.

Sounds great

Upgraged my Squire stock pickup. This seems like a high-quality product, and the tone is fantastic. My only complaint is that install was a bit tricky because the plastic covers weren't attached to the pickups, and the foam block wasn't quite tall enough for to hold the assembly together. I ended up just using some of the foam from the packaging so there was pressure on the pickup as I screwed it down to the right height. It was totally worth the effort though to get tone this good in a comparatively low-cost pickup.
