About Shipping:
Usually, Most orders are shipped from China. It will take 3-39 days according to different logistics methods.(DHL:3-7 days, ePacket or China Post:7-39 days).
Free shipping orders are shipped by ePacket/China Post by default.
We also have stock in the USA, UK, France and Germany, and we will check local stock and ship from there as a priority. If not, we will ship from China by default.
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied you may return them for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
General Terms: Returnable within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us before returning items. We will then provide you with the return address. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Your order number must be written on the outside of the return packaging. Returns that do not clearly display an order number on the outside of the packaging will be refused.
You cannot return custom made items.
You must return your item via a tracked service.
Refunds:
We do not refund original shipping charges, return shipping charges or Customs Taxes, VAT or Duties.
Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. Credit Card refunds must be made to the exact credit card used in the original sale.
